Each time an inquiry is
made on a specific account, it is logged into our computer bank
which generates a hard copy notification. These notifications
can be returned via fax or mail and take the form of any of the

Executives reevaluate an account and determine that the recommendation
should be changed from "Recommended" to "Not Recommended"
or the reverse.
