Each time an inquiry is made on a specific account, it is logged into our computer bank which generates a hard copy notification. These notifications can be returned via fax or mail and take the form of any of the following.

Investigation:

Investigation of changing issues that affect credit worthiness of established retailers and analysis of the financial condition of new stores.

Revision:

Reevaluation of information to keep credit recommendations up-to-the-minute.

Changes of Recommendation:

A "Change of Recommendation" occurs when our Credit Executives reevaluate an account and determine that the recommendation should be changed from "Recommended" to "Not Recommended" or the reverse.
